With 25 years of IT experience, Eric Anderson has performed a wide range of positions within the Enterprise. His extensive experience has provided a well-rounded understanding of the role of IT from both the technical and business perspective. He is passionate about Agile and Continuous Improvement and love’s the quote “We strive for perfection, knowing that we will never be perfect”.
His IT experience includes:
- Built Business Systems Analyst practice and lead team of analysts delivering Atlassian Solutions to the Enterprise
- Atlassian Solution Analyst leading departments migration of business processes into automated workflows that generate business trend and performance insights
- Coach for new or struggling Agile teams
- Coach/Mentor for new Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Agile Scrum Master for software development teams
- Project Manager for Infrastructure upgrades such data center migrations and database software upgrades & consolidation
- Implemented a SDLC Threat Modeling practice to assist teams with building secure software
- Built a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program for a Financial Services company to recover their Web Channel
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Systems Engineering and Operations implementing and supporting mission critical infrastructure
In addition to his passion for Agile and technical skillset, in his free time he can be found in the outdoors hiking.
As an undergraduate, he received a Bachelor’s degree from Kent State University in Ohio, pursued continuous learning via UCI extension courses in Situational Leadership and Project Management as well as earned three Scrum Alliance certifications, CSM, CSPO and CSP
